“We stayed at this place during memorial day weekend for four nights, paid avg 259/night about 1200 total. First the good, the property is located at a higly walkable area with restaurants, parks, shops etc. One of the few places that had free parking and breakfast included. The bad, the rooms have eclectic decoration style, however the layout is very inconvenient for a multi night stay. The bathtub is inside the bedroom with a shower curtain separating the sleeping area and the shower. The...

“This was such a nice hotel to stay at. My best friend and I were only able to visit for one night, but it was absolutely worth it. We will 100% be coming back. Bob at the front desk was the best! Very knowledgeable and personable. He had an amazing attitude, a contagious smile, and you could tell he actually liked his job and wanted to be there! It was also really cool how my name was displayed on the TV right when I walked in. ”

“Our room had the screen door falling off beside that the property was great. Family oriented, just the other guests who own or stay were all very rude and judgmental. The staff was amazing though very helpful ”

“The sofa was ni better than a bus stop . Made of vinyl. No arms . Just a bench. I was 1 hr early . Asked for a early check-in. Didn't bother to tell me there wS a $25 charge. Till he had my paperwork ready . I would have waited the hour . Never been charged for early check-in in my life ”

“Beautiful quiet hotel, well situated. Nice rooms but the two women who worked the front desk had majorly bad attitudes and shouldn't work in hospitality. They were both unpleasant and seemed annoyed that a customer showed up to check in. They were very abrupt and borderline rude. Such a shame, because I can't say enough good things about the property itself! Great pool, game room and rooms. Very clean.”

“Hotel feels like it has seen better days but is functional and property and rooms are clean . Pool and hot tub nice. Rooms could use better decor. Restaurant is closed . Needs better path to be able to go to beach which is few blocks away”

“I have stayed all over Southern California and this location and vibe can’t be beat! Very few kids stay here it is more for adults but my 18 year old daughter and I had the perfect time. The staff is great and very accommodating. For sure take a chance on this one . Tucked between Carlsbad and Encinitas. ”
